Founded in 1994, Rose Training Systems Incorporated is a leading supplier of customized technology and training solutions for the manufacturing industry since 1994. We help companies throughout the country receive the training and online design they need.
Headquartered in Solon, Ohio, south of Cleveland, RTSI employs an office staff, web design team and full and part time instructors. We have satellite offices in Boston, Ma. and Coventry, England.

History
RTSI was founded in 1994 by Steve Rose. Steve Rose has been involved in the manufacturing industry for over thirty years. Starting with an apprenticeship in Coventry, England in 1966 Steve has worked in practically ever area of the industry from set up and programming to machine tool sales and service. Steve was a partner in a job shop and saw the need for a total training program to give machinists the skills they needed for success. Steve is an active member of the manufacturing community.
In addition to authoring and creating the Comprehensive CNC training program he remains the chief instructor at the RTSI training facility in Solon, Ohio. Steve, a consultant for area businesses, also provides programming and production for "hard to machine" parts. Steve authors the article "Shop Talk" appearing monthly in Tooling & Production magazine. These articles, aimed at machinists and middle management, provide machining theories, training philosophies and challenging quizzes.
